Sterling Bailey Jr. is a passionate communicator, ministry leader, and author from Virginia with a calling to awaken a generation to fearless, purpose-driven living in Jesus Christ. A dynamic communicator and visionary servant-leader, his life reflects an unwavering commitment to faith, service, and legacy.

He currently serves as a licensed minister at Refuge Nation Church under the leadership of Bishop Joe and Lady Nikia Baker, where he leads the Young Adults Ministry, The Haven, with a heart to see lives transformed through the power of the Gospel.

Sterling travels to churches, conferences, and college campuses to preach, teach, and mentor young adults, challenging them to walk boldly in their God-ordained identity—unashamed, unstoppable, and on fire for Christ.

He is a graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Duke Divinity School.
